Program Director, Little Lighthouse Foundation

January 2023 - Present

  • Designed and implemented efforts to publicize events and promote sponsorships.

  • Marketed programs to educate volunteers and other non-profit organizations about available programs and events.

  • Approved and developed operational budget for programs.

  • Performed personnel duties, such as hiring and managing team of interns.

Events & Program Coordinator, Little Lighthouse Foundation

November 2021 – January 2023

  • Supported social media presence growth to increase the reach of marketing material.

  • Coordinated services for events, such as arrival of participants, facilities, catering, signage, printing, and event security.

  • Met with sponsors to discuss scope of events, track budgets, review operational processes, and event progress.

  • Prepared written marketing materials to volunteers and event participants.
